• Your email, if you join the newsletter

  Your email, the day you joined and which box you used. We use it only to send our email about free trials. You can leave with one click in any email, and then we delete it. The legal basis is your consent.

• What you type in the Add your tool form

  The link, the name, the category, your X handle and your note. We use it to read your tool and answer you. We keep it for up to 12 months. The legal basis is your request.

• If you pay for Featured

  Stripe takes the payment and keeps your card details: we never see them. With your submission we keep the plan, the amount, the dates and Stripe's reference numbers, as long as tax law asks. The legal basis is our contract with you.

• Visits, counted without cookies

  Vercel Web Analytics counts pages, countries, devices and where a visit came from. It sets no cookie and gives us no way to know who you are. Once per visit we also note the source (for example a link from ChatGPT) and the page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages help people.

• Clicks on Try free

  When you press Try free we add one to a counter for that tool and that day. Nothing about you is saved with it.

• The partner cookie (Impact)

  Some links pay us a share when you sign up. To know you came from us, our partner network Impact can set a cookie. In the European Union, the UK and Switzerland we load it only after you press Accept. Elsewhere it is on unless you turn it off. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. The legal basis is your consent.

Vercel hosts the site and counts the visits. Supabase keeps our database. Stripe takes payments. Impact runs the partner links. Hostinger handles our email. They use the data only to do this work for us. Some of them are in the United States, under the EU standard contract clauses. We never sell your data and we show no ads.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we keep about you, to stop us using it, or to take a copy. Write to support@saastrials.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
